Richard Franks
I’m the Managing Director, with over 20 years experience in the construction industry.
Prior to starting in this sector, I began my career in the shopfitting sector working alongside my father, having the main contract for Sony, Vodafone and Motorola. I then furthered my career and decided to take a role as a trainee quantity surveyor with a well known Drylining contractor in London, where I became fully qualified and after 5 years working I became the Commercial Director within the company. Although I enjoyed my role, office only life wasn’t for me and an opportunity arose to start working on Kitchens, lofts and basements and to become my own person and choose my own route in life.

Stefan Spink
I’m the Contracts Manager, with over 28 years experience in the construction industry.
I am responsible for the overseeing the day to day running of the contracts, ensuring that our fully qualified team of operatives are working to their full potential and ensuring that the contract is built as expected and on time.
I began my career as a home improvements specialist, running my own company. This involved small building extensions, kitchen and bathroom alterations, conservatory and general building works
